Our tour dates have been carefully chosen primarily with regard to weather conditions to try and ensure that we experience as many different driving conditions as possible, i.e. snow in the Atlas Mountains with off-road sand driving in the desert. Secondly, during our chosen dates, the climate is not too hot and we will hopefully avoid sand storms.Clients should have 4x4 vehicles that are in good condition and drivers should be experienced and prepared for all types of driving conditions. Generally speaking Moroccan roads are good. However parts of our trip will take us off-road through snow, ice, corrugation and sand. REMEMBER the most important thing on this trip, (apart from you!) is the health of your vehicle (see vehicle check list).
NOMADZ will supply 2 staff vehicles with 4 staff for up to 6 client vehicles and 3 staff vehicles with 6 staff for 7 to 12 client vehicles.
VEHICLE CHECK LIST
Your vehicles’ engine, transmission and suspension must all be in good working order. We recommend a full service (oil change, coolant, air/oil/fuel filters, battery/hose checks.) It is always a good idea to service your car a few weeks prior to departure.
